1979 Martin HD-28 - Natural
1979 Martin HD-28 - Natural incl. orig. Case
1979 Martin HD-28 with heavy play-wear and lots of Mojo! The guitar belonged to a member of Germanys biggest Country-band "Truck Stop" and earned its scars in countless gigs on numerous stages. The color has aged to a dark brownish tobacco, the binding is deep yellow, professional fret-job and a added pickup-system with volume-control professionally mounted into the bridge are the only changes who keep this instrument from beeing all original. The guitar sounds, ...as you might assume, amazing! You can literally hear, that this guitar has been played almost on a dayly basis. One repaired crack behind the scratch-guard, other than that- no repairs or other hidden damages. Solid spruce top with ebony bridge and black pickguard, heringbone-trim around body, the neck is made from 1-piece mahagoni with a ebony fretboard, Mother of pearl Dot inlays and 20 original frets in excellent condition. Neckjoint on 14th fret. Great action and great playability. 6x original Grover tuners. Incl. its orig. Martin hardshellcase.
