1965 Fender Precision Bass - Dakota Red ...rare !!!
1965 Fender Precision Bass - Dakota Red incl. orig. black Tolex case
Absolutely hot: 1965 Fender Precision bass in super rare custom color Dakota Red, all original and in excellent condition for its age. There is some minor play-wear, mostly on the backside of the body, the original frets are still in perfect condition and will last another life. The neck is stamped 5 NOV 65 C, both pots are stamped 304.65.34 = 34th week of 1965. The two PU-halfs have a "grey-bottom" backside dated 9/65 and measure an output of 11,03 K-Ohm. The nice and comfortable med-sized neckprofil and the super light weight of only 3,86 kg, makes this bass really fun to play. The sound is just great, better as some pre-/CBS Precisions we´ve had before. Comes in its orig. Fender black tolex case w./orange interior .
